My wife and I stayed at the apartment for two nights and were well looked after by the staff I am disabled and found staff ever willing to help A clean, well maintained apartment Will definitely visit again and recommend yo my friends

I, along with three other friends had stayed in this property for 5 days starting from the 12th of Aug 2019.. i should say it's a great place to stay in, if you are coming as a group.. the rooms were nice and both had separate entrances as well as separate balconies.. it's close to a lake.. it's a great feel to sit in the balcony at night enjoying the breeze.. they do the house keeping at request and have enough car parking facilities(just that the entry to the car parking is a bit tricky for the newbies as it is a steep ramp).. they have all the basic amenities and they provide complimentary breakfast too(that too a decent buffet).. i strongly recommend this one..

Good and Excellent place to stay. Understanding our situation, they accomodated for an early checkin with no additional cost. Good hospitality from Uday. Rooms were neatly maintained and the Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Very importantly, the complimentary breakfast was a packed food and not buffet; in spite of that it was sufficient and felt like a heavy breakfast. Ideal for somebody who have to stay and travel in and around singanallur and nearby area. Wifi connection was good as well.

Usually, during our Coimbatore visits, we used to stay in the lodges nearby railway Junction, but this time we opted for Crystal Lake service Apartments, in order to avoid crowded and noisy environment. Crystal Lake Service Apartments is situated in a residential area, just a few minutes walk (approx. 400-450mts) from Main road and behind the building is the singanallur lake. As far as location is concerned, the apartment is located in a calm and quite surroundings. We booked a 2BHK House in their service apartment which consists of one Hall, 2 bedrooms with attached bathrooms, kitchen cum Dining room and balcony. Both the room are fitted with LED Tv. It was clean, tidy and nice. One bedroom is a compact one with spacious bathroom and the other one is the master bedroom which is more spacious with the attached bathroom (bathroom is not spacious but comfortable enough). The Interior was good, which made us to feel like being in a furnished home. They don't have a dedicated restaurant on the premises, but they had a tie-up with a restaurant which is situated few kms away. On our demand, the restaurant will deliver our order through apartment management. They have value added facilities like Wi-Fi, Water purifier kit in the kitchen. The Refrigerator is not available; usually there will be a Mini-refrigerator available in most of the service apartments as well as in some business class hotels. And there were no utensils in the kitchen during our stay. May be on the chargeable basis and by request, they will provide it. (Don't know sure about it, as we hadn't worried about that option during our stay. So we didn't inquire about it at the reception). The check-in and checkout process was very smooth. Complimentary breakfast was good and sufficient. Overall, we had a pleasant stay
